Transfer/Reactivation Process
- Fill out the online PBS-8 form.
- Upon approval from the chapter membership committee you will receive an email on how to pay your dues and your Omicron Sigma chapter website account information.
- The chapter will send your membership package to the national office for processing.
- Once received from the national office the chapter will give you your new fraternity membership card or current membership sticker.
